We check and pack
Every item is checked before it goes in the box. If anything is short we message you before packing, not after.

On its way to you
Anywhere in Pakistan, your parcel is with the courier the same afternoon. In Burewala our own rider brings it.

Check, then pay
Record a video on your phone as you open the parcel, showing the seal and the label. Any return or replacement claim needs it.

3 days to claim
If anything is wrong, send the unboxing video and your order number on WhatsApp to 0300 7594322 within 3 days. We reply within 5 working days.
