1. The short version
We are an electronics shop, not a data business. We take your name, phone number and delivery address so we can bring you your order, we keep them the way a shop keeps a ledger, and we never hand them to anyone trying to sell you something.
2. What we ask for

Nothing on this site asks for a national identity number, a date of birth, a bank detail or a password. If a page ever seems to, it is not ours, and please tell us.
You can also just call and give us the same details on the phone. Many of our customers do, and that is fine.
3. Why we need it
- Your address so the rider reaches the right door, and your landmark because street names rarely do the job here.
- Your number so we can confirm the model and the price before the order leaves, and so the rider can call when he sets off.
- Your name so we know whose parcel is whose when we pack it.
- What you bought so that when you come back in six months for the same remote, we can look it up instead of asking you to remember.
That last one is the only thing we keep for our own convenience rather than yours, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
4. What stays in your browser
This site sets no tracking cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixel and no social tracker. Nobody is following you around the internet from here.
It does keep a few small things in your own browser's local storage, on your own device. They never reach us or anyone else:

Clearing your browser data removes all of them. Nothing breaks, you simply start with an empty cart again.
5. Who else sees anything
Only where it is needed to get your order to you:
- The courier, when your parcel goes anywhere outside Burewala. They get the name, address and number on the label and nothing else.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there. That conversation lives on their service under their own terms, the same as any chat on your phone.
- Google, in two small ways: the fonts this site uses load from Google Fonts, and the map on the contact page is a Google Maps frame. Loading either tells Google you opened the page, exactly as it would on any site that uses them. Neither one is given your name, your number or your order.
That is the complete list. There is no advertising network, no data broker and no third party analytics anywhere on this site.
6. What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your details. Not to a marketer, not to another shop, not to anyone.
- We never pass your number to a bulk SMS service.
- We never message you about offers unless you have asked us to.
- We never share what one customer bought with another customer, and that includes trade customers asking about their competition.
Fifty years of business in one bazaar runs on people trusting us with more than their phone number. We are not about to spend that.
7. How long we keep it
Order records stay in our book for as long as the item might reasonably come back to us under warranty, and afterwards as an ordinary business record. Messages that led nowhere get cleared out.
If you want your details removed from our records, ask and we will do it, keeping only what we are required to keep for tax and accounting.
8. Keeping it safe
Order details live in the shop's own records and on the phones of the family running the business, and access stops there. We are a small shop and we do not pretend to run a bank's security, so we deliberately hold as little as possible: no cards, no passwords, no identity numbers, nothing worth stealing.
No system is perfect. If anything ever went wrong that affected you, we would tell you directly rather than hope you did not notice.
9. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete your details from our records,
- stop messaging you altogether.
One phone call does all four. Call 0304 4403336 or message us on WhatsApp. There is no form and we will not ask you why.
10. Children
This site is meant for people old enough to place an order and pay for it. We do not knowingly collect details from children. If a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
11. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly start doing something this page says we do not do.
