1. Record an unboxing video (mandatory)
Start recording on your phone before you open the parcel. The video must clearly show the parcel seal, the shipping label, and the whole process of opening the package. Claims made without an unboxing video will not be accepted for return or replacement.
2. Send us the video
Within 3 days of receiving the order, send the video along with your order number to our WhatsApp at 0300 7594322.
3. Our team will review it
Our team will check the video and investigate the issue. We will update you on the result within 5 working days.
4. Our return team will process it
If your claim is verified, our return team will contact you and complete the return or replacement. Please do not ship the product back until the return team instructs you to.
Please note
- The product must be in its original condition, with its packaging and all accessories.
- Returns are not accepted for misuse, physical damage, or self-repair attempts.
- If the issue is not visible in the video, we reserve the right to decline the return.
