1. Who you are dealing with

Al-Javaid Electronics is a family electronics business at Shop # 40, MC Arif Bazar, Burewala, District Vehari, Punjab, Pakistan. It sells in the shop and online, delivers across Pakistan, and supplies other shops at trade rates. It was opened in the 1960s by Bao Ji Aslam Javaid as Javaid Gramophone and Caset House, grew under his son Hafiz Nadeem Aslam into Javaid Aslam Electronics, and is run today by his grandson Abubakar Nadeem.

Throughout this page, we and us mean that business, and you means the person or the shop placing the order.

2. Placing an order

An order placed on this site is a request, not a finished sale. We confirm it by phone or on WhatsApp before anything leaves the shop, because on parts and accessories the model number matters more than the picture.

The sale is made when we confirm it. Until then, either side can change or cancel the order at no cost.

We may decline or cancel an order where the item has just sold, where the price shown was clearly wrong, where the address cannot be reached, or where we cannot get hold of you to confirm. If that happens you will hear the reason from us, and since nothing is charged in advance, you are never out of pocket.

3. Prices and sale offers

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include no hidden charges. Delivery is shown separately at checkout.

Featured deals show the sale price next to the price the item was reduced from. A sale price lasts while the offer runs or while stock lasts, whichever ends first, and it applies to every customer alike.

The price we confirm with you is the price you pay at your door. It does not change once you have agreed to it.

Prices on the site can change at any time before an order is confirmed. If a price has changed since you ordered, we tell you before anything is sent, and you can cancel at no cost. Changing a price does not affect an order we have already confirmed with you.

4. Stock

The site shows whether an item is in stock or out of stock. We keep it as up to date as we can, but the shop keeps selling, so an item can sell out before the site catches up.

If something has gone while you were ordering, we tell you on the confirmation call and offer the nearest equivalent. We will not quietly send a different item and hope you do not notice.

5. Payment

Everything is cash on delivery, or cash in the shop. This site takes no card, no wallet and no bank detail from you, and it never will as it stands today.

You pay only after the packet is open and the goods are checked. Regular trade customers may be given a running account at our discretion, settled the way it is agreed between us.

Ownership of the goods passes to you when they are paid for. Risk passes to you when they are handed over.

6. Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery is Rs 250 and free once the order passes Rs 3,000. Confirmed orders go to the courier the same afternoon, and inside Burewala our own rider brings them the same day.

Timings we quote are what we manage nearly every day, not a contractual guarantee, and once a parcel is with a courier the timing is in their hands. The full detail is on the delivery and shipping page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Returns and warranty

Check your order in front of the rider. Anything faulty, broken or wrong goes straight back and you pay nothing. Beyond that you have seven days, at our cost.

Where a maker gives a warranty, it comes with the piece and we help you claim it. Loose components carry our seven day promise rather than a company warranty. Parts burnt by wrong voltage or marked by a soldering iron cannot be taken back, for the plain reason that we cannot tell our fault from a bench accident.

8. Original and copy parts

We stock both, because some budgets want the original and some want the copy, and both are honest choices. What we will not do is sell you one while calling it the other.

Ask, and we will tell you which is which and what the difference means in practice. If a piece sold to you as original turns out not to be, that is our mistake and we will make it right without an argument.

9. Wholesale and trade rates

Trade rates are for shops buying to resell. They apply from the first order, with no minimum and no joining fee, and they are quoted to you directly rather than published on the site.

Trade rates are given for your own shop. Passing them on to another wholesaler, or using them to undercut the shops we supply in your own area, is the one thing that ends an account.

Trade orders are cash on delivery like everything else unless we have agreed an account with you in writing on WhatsApp. The wholesale page explains how it works.

10. Using this website

The site is here to help you find what you need, order it and reach us. Please use it for that.

• The photographs, wording, logo and the name Al-Javaid Electronics are ours. Do not copy them for another shop.
• Product photographs from suppliers and makers stay the property of those makers, and brand names are shown only to say what a part fits.
• Do not scrape the catalogue, hammer the site with automated requests, or try to break into any part of it.
• Do not send us anything unlawful or abusive through the forms.

We keep the site up as best we can but cannot promise it will never be down, and we may change or remove any part of it.

11. The limits of our liability

We stand behind what we sell. If a piece we supplied is faulty, we replace it, credit it, or give the money back, as set out in the returns policy.

What we cannot carry is the loss beyond the piece itself: a board damaged while fitting a component, a job you could not finish on time, a sale you missed, or profit you expected. Fitting electronic parts carries risk that sits with the person doing the fitting.

Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot be limited by law.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Burewala, District Vehari, have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the shop changes. The date at the top always says when it last moved. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page on the day we confirm that order.
