Delivery and shipping.

1. The short version

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. Orders confirmed before noon go to the courier the same afternoon and usually arrive in 1 to 2 working days in the major cities, and in 2 to 4 everywhere else. In Burewala, our own rider brings it the same evening. Delivery is Rs 250, and free once the order passes Rs 3,000.

2. What delivery costs

One charge per order, not per item. If we have to split your order because one line is out of stock, the second parcel comes with no extra charge.

Bulky items such as UPS units, inverters and ring lights can carry the courier's own weight charge when they travel far. We tell you the figure before we send it, never after.

3. Delivery across Pakistan

Every order is confirmed with you by phone or on WhatsApp, then packed and booked with the courier the same afternoon. The major cities, such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Multan, usually get their parcel in 1 to 2 working days. Smaller towns and villages usually take 2 to 4.

Once the courier has it, the timing is theirs and not ours. What is ours is packing it properly, booking it the same day, and chasing them for you if it stalls. We do all three.

Loose components, ICs, transistors and SIM trays travel in padded packing. Glass and screens travel boxed. If you want extra packing on a fragile order, ask and it costs you nothing.

4. Same day in Burewala

Inside Burewala our own rider goes out twice a day, around midday and again in the evening. Order before noon and you are on the first round. Order after noon and you are on the second, or the first round the next day if the shop has closed. The shop is closed on Friday, so an order placed on a Friday goes out on Saturday's first round.

He calls you when he sets off. Give us a landmark along with the address, because the street name alone rarely finds a door here.

5. Paying on delivery

Cash on delivery is how we sell, and it is deliberate. It means you never send money for goods you have not seen.

• Open the parcel in front of the rider.
• Count the items against your order.
• Check the model numbers and try what can be tried.
• Then pay, and not before.

Anything faulty, broken or wrong goes straight back and you pay nothing for it. The rest of that is on the refunds and returns page.

Please keep the amount ready, because riders carry very little change. The total is in your confirmation message, so there are no surprises at your door.

6. Wholesale orders

Trade orders for shops run on the same clock: confirmed, packed and booked the same day. Larger loads go out as a sealed lot with the count written on the outside, so you can check it against your list before the rider leaves.

Delivery is free on trade orders over Rs 3,000, from the first order, with no minimum to open an account. The wholesale page has the rest.

7. Missed deliveries

If the rider cannot find you or your phone is off, the courier tries again and we message you. After repeated failed attempts the parcel comes back to us, and we call you to arrange it again.

Address wrong? Tell us before the parcel leaves and we will change it for free. After it has gone out, an incorrect address means a second delivery charge, which is the only case where we ask for one twice.

Parcels refused at the door come back to us. We do not charge you for that, but repeated refusals mean we will ask for the amount in advance next time. It has happened perhaps twice in fifty years.

8. When we run late

Rain, a shut bazaar, a strike, a road closure, a courier holiday. These happen, and when they do we tell you rather than letting you wonder.

Timings on this page are what we manage nearly every day, not a guarantee written into a contract. If something is going to be late you will hear it from us first, on the number you gave us.

9. Collect from the shop

If you are in or near Burewala, you are always welcome to come and get it yourself. Message us your order, we keep it aside under your name, and you walk in and pick it up.
